Welcome to Trip Tailor Holidays, a travel company based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. By booking any service or using our website www.triptailorholidays.com, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payments

  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
  • Full payment must be made before the travel date as per the timeline shared.
  • Prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until confirmed.

2. Pricing & Inclusions

  • Package cost includes only services mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any additional services (meals, sightseeing, upgrades) not mentioned will be charged extra.
  • Prices may vary due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government taxes.

3. Travel Documents

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid passport, visa, and required documents.
  • Trip Tailor Holidays is not responsible for visa rejection or delays.

4. Changes & Modifications

  • Any changes requested by the customer are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Liability

  • We act only as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by third parties.

6. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, political issues, pandemics, or unforeseen events.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Travelers must follow local laws and regulations.
  • Any misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

  • 30+ days before travel: 25% of total package cost
  • 15–30 days before travel: 50% of total package cost
  • 7–15 days before travel: 75% of total package cost
  • Less than 7 days / No Show: 100% cancellation charges

2. Flight Cancellation

  • Flight tickets are subject to airline cancellation policies.
  • Airline charges may be 100% non-refundable in many cases.

3. Visa Rejection

  • Visa fees and processing charges are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation charges will apply as per timeline.

4. Cancellation by Company

In rare cases, if Trip Tailor Holidays cancels a tour, a full refund (excluding non-refundable components) will be provided.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days after cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.

2. Non-Refundable Components

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Flight tickets (as per airline rules)
  • Visa fees
  • Hotel bookings during peak dates
  • Any non-refundable third-party services

3. Partial Refunds

  • Refund amount depends on cancellation timing and supplier policies.
  • Service charges and processing fees are non-refundable.

4. No Show / Early Departure

No refund will be provided for unused services or early departure from the trip.
