1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• Full payment must be completed before the start of the यात्रा (journey), as per the package terms.

2. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, the following refund policy will apply:

• 30 days or more before departure: 90% refund of total package cost
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
• 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days / No show: No refund

Note: Cancellation charges may vary depending on airline, hotel, or third-party policies.

3. Non-Refundable Components

The following are generally non-refundable:

• Flight tickets (as per airline rules)
• Visa fees
• Travel insurance
• Any special bookings (events, permits, or peak-season reservations)

4. Cancellation by Trip Tailor Holidays

In rare situations where we must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings):

• You will receive a full refund, or
• Option to reschedule your trip at no extra cost (subject to availability)

5. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation approval.
• The refund will be credited via the original mode of payment.

6. Changes & Rescheduling

• Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Any price difference due to seasonal changes or availability must be borne by the customer.

7. Early Departure / Unused Services

• No refund will be provided for unused services once the trip has commenced.

8. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Pandemics
• Flight cancellations or delays

However, we will assist you in rescheduling wherever possible.
